This unscripted talk is a recording from a live session.  We talk about the content and the process of creating our very first course.
Based on our personal work from home experience, there was something we realized very early in the lockdown: Setting boundaries would be a skill many people – often women – would have to learn to be able to cope.   That’s why we initially chose the title: “How to set boundaries working remotely”.

Update: The holistic approach to remote work

Some time after this talk, we decided to make the course part of a much larger offering.  Hearing about other challenges people were facing in these unique circumstances.  We decided to create some additions.
To help reduce overwhelm, we introduced the Organized Workday system.  As the basis of this system we use the Conscious Framework.  In the Organized Workday system we cover Information Overload,  exploding inboxes and Digital tools.
The Setting Boundaries Course became part of The Home Office Mastery systems.  We included the Empower @ Home Book to bring harmony in your work- and home life.  Both the Course and the book come with Game Plans/Workbooks to ensure people can bring the tools into action and can find real benefit in what we teach.

The Goal: use a holistic approach to improve the Work from Home Experience.
