We did it again … really! Every time we realize there is something new we need to learn on our journey … it appears right in front of us. As if we are Creating our Path, our next step right before we need to take it.

When Leen and I decided, about a year ago, to finally start a business together, we were very clear on how it had to be. We sort of felt our way through it.
Deciding however what it was exactly we wanted to do, took a little bit longer …

Creating our Path as Knowledge Brokers

Until an invitation to a Challenge crossed our path … leading us to the Knowledge Broker BluePrint: a course developed by Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins teaching everything you can imagine about starting our own knowledge sharing company. We soon realized this was our thing. In the knowledge Industry we can do all the things we had been talking about combined.

When Covid hit, we realized very soon what experience and knowledge we needed to share first: ‘Working from home — how to set boundaries and deal with the pressure’. We created our very first 14 module online course in the summer. It is a beautiful and value packed course, but no one ever saw it.

We needed People to see us

You see, what we hadn’t realized enough, was the importance of growing an audience. So, we set out on a search to find ways to grow our audience. The courses we followed, however, were all aiming at organic traffic. Which is a very slow way of doing this.

I had always believed advertising was too expensive and not at all a good way to drive people to our website. Until, One day I heard Russell Brunson talk about his funnels and how they made paid advertisement like Facebook Ads affordable.

It didn’t take us long to decide we wanted to learn more and so we dove into all information we could find on this subject. Russells company Clickfunnels seemed the way to go.

That Decision Resulted in us Creating the Next Step on our Path

After our two week trial of Clickfunnels, we were offered a 30 days free Clickfunnels premium trial if we would join the One Funnel Away Challeng. We didn’t need much time to decide on that one. And it has been more than worth it, and not only because the 30 free days became almost 60 days. Right now we are on week four of the Challenge and we have learned so much from Russell, Steve Larsen, Jim Edwards, etc … about strategies, offerings, copywriting, hooks, marketing, funnel building, and so many intriguing and fascinating subjects. I’m convinced: I love funnels, this makes so much sense.

Having arrived at this point, we realize our next learning point is how to get people to notice our page: paid or otherwise.
And that’s when this message hit our mailbox:

Russell is starting a brand new challenge about: how to get Leads …

So … that was a long story to tell you that — I have no idea what we will learn, but I know it will be good — and it is … again … exactly what we need to learn right now.
We continue to Creating our Path.

Update

Is is March now. The 5 day Lead Challenge was a huge success. We came out of it with a landing page and one-pager Lead Magnet. You can check the result by following the links.
